We have a thirty day (30 day) return policy - which means that we must receive your returned item within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have ordered (example: product does not fit), we will exchange the purchased products for a different size or style or issue you a store credit to be used toward your next purchase. If an exchange or store credit is not available, we will issue you a refund for the products you purchased (shipping charges are not refundable).

Return the item to us in new condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached so that it is received in our office within 30 days of the invoice date.

We recommend that you insure the package and keep the receipt just to be sure that it gets to us in the condition you sent it.

Important: If you are keeping the item, please read and follow the cleaning instructions on the garment's tag. Once the tag is removed or an item is washed, you may not return it. Improper washing and or drying (for example machine washing garments that should be hand washed only) may seriously damage your new clothing.
